Refund policy

In the case of exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses, the Consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by making a clear statement to this effect, or by using the model withdrawal form set out in Annex 2 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the ordered product to the Service Provider’s address without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the product is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period (it does not need to arrive within 14 days).
The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal.
